When you purchase a product from Lunevara, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use that product for personal or business purposes. You may:
- Download and use the product on unlimited devices
- Modify and customize the product for your needs
- Use it in commercial projects
- Keep using it forever — no subscription required
You may not: resell, redistribute, or share your purchased files with others.
2. Payment & Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds once a download link has been provided. You will receive a confirmation email with download instructions immediately upon purchase.
If you encounter technical issues accessing your purchase, contact support@lunevara.com and we'll help resolve it promptly.
3. Intellectual Property
All Lunevara products are protected by copyright. You own the products you purchase, but you do not own the underlying intellectual property or design. You may not:
- Resell or redistribute the products
- Claim ownership of the original work
- Use the products to create competing offerings
4. Warranty Disclaimer
Lunevara products are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that products will be error-free or meet all your expectations. Use at your own discretion.
5. Limitation of Liability
Lunevara will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

When using Lunevara, you agree to:

- Not harass or abuse our team
- Not attempt to hack or disrupt the platform

7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to download links may be revoked, but licenses to products already purchased remain valid.
